Seasoned Professional Brings Strong Financial and Real Estate Expertise to Team
McKinney, TX, April 2024 – Pam Vincent, President of Transworld Business Advisors North Dallas/Ft. Worth, today announced Mary Legate as the firm’s newest business advisor. As a business broker, Mary will provide a broad suite of supporting services, including qualifying buyers, establishing the right price for their business, and sourcing buyers through Transworld’s worldwide brokerage network.

With a career marked by strategic insight and notable achievements, Mary brings invaluable expertise acquired through roles such as Managing Consultant, Vice President, and President. Clients will benefit from Mary’s strong real estate and financial background, which will enable her to more accurately value a business while strategically positioning the business for an efficient sales process.
After earning a BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University, Mary joined Merrill Lynch Relocation where she served in a variety of roles. Leveraging her professional success, Mary joined Paragon Global Resources in 1988 as a managing consultant. Throughout the years, she worked with a myriad of clients worldwide. Mary had responsibilities at Paragon including global operations, supply chain management, client relations, contract negotiations, office logistics, human resources, learning resources, consulting, and IT management. Paragon made the strategic decision to enter the home mortgage space. Mary started the relocation mortgage business in 2007, requiring licensing in 40 states. Having run a highly successful mortgage operation, Mary then oversaw the acquisition of a retail mortgage company, doubling the mortgage volume.
