Mortgage Lending Executive Brings Financial Expertise to World’s Leading Business Broker
McKINNEY, TX, October 2023 – Pam Vincent, President of Transworld Business Advisors North Dallas/Ft. Worth, today announced Michael Avery has joined the firm as a business advisor. In this capacity, Michael will leverage his extensive financial lending expertise to help business owners prepare a plan for the sale of their business. This includes establishing the value of the business, sourcing qualified buyers, and ultimately facilitating the sale and transition of ownership.

Michael Avery attended Southwest Theological Baptist Seminary and began working in the banking industry as an acquisition analyst. Following this successful career, Michael obtained his loan officer’s license and transitioned into mortgage lending, where he held various senior leadership roles including VP of Mortgage Lending,

Michael lives in Little Elm, Texas with his wife, Niki. He has 4 adult children and 1 fantastic grandchild. Michael is active in his church and community, and he volunteers at Niki’s school at every opportunity.
