Fortune 500 Executive and Small Business Owner Brings Broad Business Expertise to World’s Leading Business Broker
McKINNEY, TX, AUGUST, 2023 – Pam Vincent, President of Transworld Business Advisors North Dallas/Ft Worth, today announced that Steven Graham has joined the firm as a business advisor. In this role, Steven will support his clients by qualifying buyers, establishing the right price for their business, and sourcing buyers through Transworld’s worldwide brokerage network.

After earning a bachelor’s in Accounting from University of North Dakota and obtaining his CPA license, Steven managed mergers and acquisitions
for Dallas-based ACS for 10+ years, advancing to become CFO/SVP of the corporation’s IT outsourcing group with revenue of $1.5B+ until ACS was acquired by Xerox. Within Xerox, Steven served as senior vice president of Mergers & Acquisitions. In this role, Steven assisted Xerox in divesting its business services division, subsequently becoming a divisional CFO of the newly formed company, Conduent. During his term with ACH/Xerox, Steven managed and closed over 50 business acquisitions with total revenue of over $3B+. Leveraging this success with Xerox, Steven became a senior Finance/Accounting executive for the private equity owned businesses of Austin-based ESW Capital and Southlake-based Synergy IOM Holdings.
With such an extensive background in small business development and financial management, Steven wanted to work directly with small business owners to help them achieve their business goals.
